Treat the historic farm like it's yours and care about it. 

The duties mostly include maintaining a presence on the property. Light maintenance including lawn and grounds maintenance and maintaining a security presence, as well as providing occasional assistance for resident owner as needed. These are tasks that would be perfect for a couple with retirement income that would love the peaceful farm life, and to be an important part of a historic property.

Not at this time.  While the farm was previously used for foaling, broodmares and foals, the fenced fields are currently being used for hay production.  

There are no livestock on the farm at this time, however with the right caretaker at the appropriate time, restoring the farm to its former horse breeding and raising heritage  has potential.
